Empowering Infants And Toddlers
Cayzen was engaged by department of Early Learning to to replace an aging system to track early intervention support for infants and toddlers birth to age 3 who have disabilities or developmental delays. The ESIT (Early Support for Infants and Toddlers) provides the critical resources and coordination for the most vulnerable yet important citizens of Washington, the kids with special needs.
Using a high paced lean and agile approach, the Cayzen team not only helped redefine the business process and technology, but also implemented a successful case management system based on Microsoft technologies that serves over 1500 counselors and social workers providing services to thousands of kids every year. The program helped the agency track, manage, and improve case outcomes and federal compliance, which put Washington’s most vulnerable citizens first.
